I got a good opportunity to work with the people of various backgrounds. Thus I have trained myself without any specific training. In the initial stage of my carrier I was guided by my team leader and that was a very good opportunity of learning. I got an opportunity to work with various persons e.g. lawyers, consultant etc which has given me good opportunity to know more about my industry. Dislikes

Our work was evaluated on the basis of neighboring industry of the town but the compensation was not equal and growth was also very slow. In the last phase of my service the team leader was not appreciated our experience and thus work was effected consequently I was not able to deliver as desired or required by the industry.

Work Details

I was responsible for all the direct taxes of Company, but I was kept out side of the GST implementation team. Which has effected me initially to know all the in and out of the GST. But being a professional I have learned myself.
