The environment for the employees was too good. There was no any kind of discrimination and everybody was equal from top positioning employees to bommom .Every one was supportive n encouraging to learn the skills that are important for the personality growth.

Dislikes

I personally didnt liked the night shifs but any how it was compulsary to do .So i did it with my college in the morning .

The job was really good . I enjoyed working with such wonderful firm .And ofcourse it was Tata's Organization so it has to be the best n it was. I leant alot from them which also gave me much information about retailing n customers service .
