The work culture at tata sky is one of the best , it inherits the visions and policies of TATA group which makes it much more special than any other company . The work place design & architecture is impressive. Security is top notch and the way company cares about the employee is the best .

No company is perfect . The location where Tata sky is located is a horrible location to reach via Kurla , you will find yourself begging to auto rikshaw to go there and also while going home during evening , you won't find rikshaw or ola to get to Kurla station , it might seem a exaggeration but it the truth and people find it difficult to travel to office. The Canteen is something which can easily be improved. last but not the least . The learning is very slow and often you won't learn anything from your peers....Read More

Worked as asst manager in analytics division . My primary goal was analyze customer behavior and impact on the KPIs due to management decision which can range from a normal price hike to introducing a new pack or some regulatory changes.
