I have 9 years experience.
I have received offer from chennai company OEM Payroll of 16.5 lpa.
My current company TTL (working at Tata motors) Pune wants to retain me at 15.5lpa. I m basically from from Maharashtra.
Please guide
I am family person working in Pune is more easy for me , but want to think from long term career perspective as well.
Currently working in service company TTL for OEM Tata motors ( routine work). But now I getting OEM Payroll with good salary.
