Hi all I have 9 years experience. I have received offer from chennai company OEM Payroll of 16.5 lpa. My current company TTL (working at Tata motors) Pune wants to retain me at 15.5lpa. I m basically from from Maharashtra. Please guide I am family person working in Pune is more easy for me , but want to think from long term career perspective as well. Currently working in service company TTL for OEM Tata motors ( routine work). But now I getting OEM Payroll with good salary. Considering career and family balance points of view. what should be the good option out of two.

There are very few people in TML who work hard for the company and the rest are useless and those who work hard is really a good people and the 90 % of the quality work is done by the 10% of good people. And in the field of innovation and adoptation of new technology TML is not good.

Slow growth, high work pressure sometimes i did work for 16 hour but didnt get any appreatiation.

Honestly speaking, my work is very challenging because i was in project and i was working as an assistant engineer. My seniors does not alow me to take important desision regarding project which i was capable of taking.
