The reason for disliking is that the employees are discriminated against by Hindus and Muslims and even torture some customers by forcefully pressurizing them for their due date and making them sign fake signatures. For credit person it's a good place to work and learn.. a best Quality of Credit CAM is prepared compared to across all financiers. Compared to banks work life ballance is good with lights off policy on first 25 days of month. Hike was decent enough at par with mkt standards.

Slow promotions. As like all Tata's vintage people will not leave and all recognitions and awards are always taken by them.. same group of people appreciating awarding and clapping for themselves .
