I was a former staff there working in BMT. TMC is a hospital with versatility in it's working environment. Most of the private hospitals are similar when we talk about job security, satisfaction & growing opportunities but TMC is some place you can never forget & will recommend each one & everyone time & again.

Dislikes

The interval between the first salary increment is a bit more but I understand it's probably due to the hike of absconding act. In that case it's ok.

Working as a staff nurse at TMC was a very blessed memory at the starting of my professional life. I got an excellent skilled and knowledgeable preceptor and ward in charge who helped me to make my clinical eye, to assess the patient problems and to manage all those problems along with emergency situations. After all of this I was very satisfied about working at Tata.

Salary of a graduate nurse is not so good specially increment process is very slow.
