Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Nice environment provide by Tata group but due to some people I personally can't work properly.

Dislikes

colleague is not good. Always disturb you in any work. Always busy finding your mistake but no one reaches you when you are new. (Not everyone but 1/2 seniors) but There is a line...a bad orange makes whole bucket bad!!

Technology / Hi- tech Machine driven very good Institute in comparison with other Hospitals of Eastern India.

Dislikes

Heavy work load. Shortage of staff in each department. No extra facility like Transport, Lunch etc. is provided. So maintenance of attendance at 9AM in a very remote place like Newton is very difficult. Vehicular communication is a big problem. Daily 12 - 13 hours should be given to maintain your job from any place of Kolkata.
