As a edge coordinators, working with TIS was fun and a good experience at school level. Timings are affordable for married women with kids. Good PF amount gets collected. Systematic and team work oriented work. Good teams made by good people can stay only.

Dislikes

Increment is slow. We have to adjust with both school and TIS for holiday/leave.

As a Edge coodinator you have to work at school level, and coordinate with both TATA and school for the issues related to Smart class setups. These setups involve Softwares and Hardware. It was a Good experience with TIS.

Coordination amongst the teammates was very good. Seniors were very strict but at the same time were helpful in the time of need.

Salary in the beginning is slightly low.
