As a edge coordinators, working with TIS was fun and a good experience at school level. Timings are affordable for married women with kids. Good PF amount gets collected. Systematic and team work oriented work. Good teams made by good people can stay only.

Dislikes

Increment is slow. We have to adjust with both school and TIS for holiday/leave.

As a Edge coodinator you have to work at school level, and coordinate with both TATA and school for the issues related to Smart class setups. These setups involve Softwares and Hardware. It was a Good experience with TIS.

BEING A PARTS OF TATA INTERACTIVE SYSTEMS IN A VERY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME GIVE ME A LOT OF EXPERIENCES, BUT YES SOME POINT OF TIME PEOPLE LOOKING AFTER WHO US IS NOT COOPERATE ENOUGH. BUT OVERALL IT'S AN HONOUR TO BE A PART OF IT.
