Few talented Leaders who helped a lot in initial phase, But most of them left the company.

Dislikes

1. Company is completely client centric and will not care about you if something goes downhill. 2. Appraisals are meaningless and real talent is not nurtured. 3. They are holding Provident fund for more than 2 years now and no update when it will be transferred to EPFO. 4. HR team is what you will despise the most as they will makeyou regret your every decision of joining this company. 5. HR can even send you into depression if you are having some issue at client locations. 6. Zero work ethics. 7. TATA group should consider taking a deeper look and try to identify problems and solve it. 8. I urge folks to join only if it's there last option....Read More

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
