Poor Management Politics Poor hierarchy Most of the managers doesn't have knowledge of their domain simply without any proper experience they r there sucking the blood of poor GET and giving them useless taks such as supervisor, shift support, making useless excel .. no growth

Currently they have only one plant which is in hosur (nearby completely remote area) So if you are from South then it's ok, but if you are from North side of india It's a vey challenging due to language difference
