I like the working culture and motivation given by our superior staff and seniors to get to devlop our skills and knowledge. Our leads and manager are very supportive to us and the environments are give us a pleasent feeling to us. This makes me like to work here.

More partiality . They will not consider your work . They will consider only how much time u stand for right. Then they tell whatever comes in their mind and easily reduce the apprisal. It's totally different from Tata culture. Communication meeting also they will do in Tamil. If u r outside tamilnadu , then also u can't argue. They will Play with ur expectations n effort.

Leave policy are ok. Providing same food for everyone that is good.

Lot of Issues for regular day usage like no proper locker room, no separate lockers for everyone, no proper space, everywhere fully rush always, washroom not enough for this much employees, Nobody using washroom properly, Especially contract employees having more attitude they don't have little fear about company terms and conditions, In bus due to contract employees no seats at everytime, need to provide seperate bus for them...Read More
