It is in remote area. It's green field project , it takes minimum 5 years approx to get all facilities,standardisation and recognition.no creative thinking in management and employees. Mostly work on Excel and ppt.no technical stuff. Fatigue work.rigid timing. Sometimes work on Sundays. Rotational shifts.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
