See, it depends on the roll you are in and how aligned to you are to your manager. If these both things are ok you have ample opportunity to grow. Job security is good I would say however in a span of 4 to 5 years they reduce headcount by 10% which depends on performance and role redundancy.

Some times they make you work even on Sunday saying 'to meet customer demand' and will give holiday of that on some national or festive holiday time. You don't get to learn any new thing rather than jaust what work you have been given and no incrementationin salary whether you perform very good and of all they just have you for 1 year and then you are on your own....Read More
