Career growth is not fast moving at junior level. Competition among employees are at higher side always.

It's an awesome journey so far and I am satisfied with growth achieved so far in small tenure of 2.5 yrs. Learning new things and refurbishing my skill set on everyday basis. Worked in different categories , hence multi skill driven.
