EVERY WEEK NEW NPD DIFFERENT BRAND HEADS AND TEAMS BUT EVERYTHING IS PUSHED ON ONE ASM AND TSE HUGE TEAM SIZE 30-40 PEOPLE Morning and Evening Gate meeting compulsory tea cost during date meetings is around 750 and expense for the day is fixed at 500 Multiple brands good sale but brand is not getting developed due to low concentration since the span is so huge !!

Haphazardly buying companies that have products that compete with its own home grown brands Massive discounts over alternate channels will make GT channel obsolete in bigger towns. Company has a tendency to infiltrate its own distributor market by opening sub distributors in the existingdistributor's market Management tends to make each and every thing a "matter of survival". They failed to keep infiltration under control instead, they are promoting those who are indulged in these activities.
