Top management knows nothing about whats happening at the base level. Market visits are only for blaming others rather than knowing what are the issues. Recent acquisition (organic india, capital foods) flopped big time because of not giving time to bring organic growth. DB issues, damage audit, etc are all a mess. EVERY WEEK NEW NPD DIFFERENT BRAND HEADS AND TEAMS BUT EVERYTHING IS PUSHED ON ONE ASM AND TSE HUGE TEAM SIZE 30-40 PEOPLE Morning and Evening Gate meeting compulsory tea cost during date meetings is around 750 and expense for the day is fixed at 500 Multiple brands good sale but brand is not getting developed due to low concentration since the span is so huge !!

Haphazardly buying companies that have products that compete with its own home grown brands Massive discounts over alternate channels will make GT channel obsolete in bigger towns. Company has a tendency to infiltrate its own distributor market by opening sub distributors in the existingdistributor's market Management tends to make each and every thing a "matter of survival". Daily torturing from asm,Rsm. 100s of parameter which is never achievable by anyone. Your mental health will get disturbed and in the end you resign even they wont leave you,they will hold ta,da and torture you by saying f&f,hr is worst here they dont even care about employees,

Products are good but on high rate, on time salary , on time expense , dsr incentive is good , market leader , outlet payout on time , expiry policy good , customer trust , good leave policy,incentive policy good.

Promotion policy very poor , increment policy very poor , target without logic , company giving high discount in modern trade/online e commerce trade and want 100% target achievement from GT on very low discount budget , management talk in air not having ground knowledge only having paper knowledge, management don't have any solution on infiltration, meeting time management very poor

They failed to keep infiltration under control instead, they are promoting those who are indulged in these activities.
