1) Too many policies on paper and around abstract ideas, but not having good implementation or feedback of implementation not proper. 2) Lack of communication: among the peers, employee and Management or I.T Support or HR each entity will redirect to another and from there to another HR have policy of not sharing numbers an d will stick to email or at max messenger. 3) Concealing of Information: Any major changes related to team or client will be informed only after it is done and dusted.
