On knowledge front I gained a lot by working with such a company. You can explore much as per your capacity to learn new things.

Dislikes

No Job securities. You need to save your self smartly from office politics else you are gone. At the time of appraisal only thing which is taken care is "whose turn is these year ?".

Work Details

In telecom world it is difficult to sustain, you need to keep yourself update. No work-life balance.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
