There is no work life balance as everyone is extremely overloaded as most teams are understaffed. Company does not value the employees at all. Focus is on optimising the headcount in anticipation of some automation efficiencies that are yet to be achieved. Salary range is on lower side as compared to peer companies and increments are pathetic.

They are hire on 3rd party payroll. After 1 year they provide 1 more year extend. But "in TCL policy after 2 years you have to go cooling period for 3 Months, in that time you don't work so u don't get paid by company after 3 months you can eligible for given interview ". This policy is too much ridiculous. And there are no increment after 1 year. SO BE CAREFUL AND READ ALL THE POLICY.

Currently people are not able to manage work life balance due to work load. recently Tata comm has formed separate entity call novamesh and forcefully pushed cybersecurity department to novamesh entity.
