TCL is another jio in the making, never knew it wld turn to be a job which is always in escalation mode, my first tenure with them for five years was much better when vinod kumar was the chairman now with new management it's no longer that tata brand which is known, spoke to many colleagues everyone told me this is the way we work here escalation mode where everyone keeps escalating and ur bosses run after your life....finally left the job in the end....but no regrets ....i wont work even if they double up my salary....a serious note to new joiners pls avoid this company......Read More

This company seriously needs to think about captive SOC projects and employees working in captive SOC. First of all there is no work life balance and working hours are extended almost every day with no extra perks. There will be no family/personal life if you are working in any of the captive SOC customer. Secondly the leave policies are pathetic and the managers here doesn't approve your leaves easily.( feels like they want to purposefully lapse our leaves at the end of the year). There is lot of partiality in the captive SOC project as you will have to say yes to each and every work whether it is under your scope or not. For management customer is always right and they will never support you even if the customer is wrong. If you go to HR to raise your concerns the HR of captive SOC will never support you. HR only speaks language of the management and they will be together against you. The HR will create separate policies for captive SOC employees and those policies will ensure that you will not be in a position to take even emergency leaves. The HR here creates policies just to satisfy the ego of the customer and TCL management. The HR in captive SOC doesn't care about employees welfare or their concerns. Job Security is very weak, almost every employee freas to loose job ; Traditional Work Culture non-adaptable in nature to adapt anything new. entire internal Managemen is biased too much politics with Old and aged people with obsolete skill set.
