Cab service is provided for customer facing employees, but will be available till pandemic lasts.

Employees working in captive SOC was forced to go to customer locations even when pandemic was at its peak. Forget about work life balance as the shift hours always gets extended. The work culture is also bad and there is enough politics and partiality done by managers/senior managers. Even new joiners are resigning in captive SOC within 2 to 3 months of joining and they are not willing to be retained even for higher salary than they are getting in other organizations. My recommendation is to think hundred times before joining any captive SOC project even if you get higher salary than other organizations. The harassing resource department (HRD) is good for nothing and only take employees feedback as a formality and will ensure there is no action on employees issues and it feels like HR is in the hands of the management who has no rights of taking autonomous decisions....Read More

The management is pathetic in captive SOC projects. The managers/seniors managers are incompetent and are unable to drive the project or handle customers. You will be forced to face the customer specially when he is angry as the managers fear to face the customer and instead send juniors to face the angry customer. Taking leaves is also an issue here as managers will deny your leave and the comment they give is "I have also not taken leaves since many days". If you go to HR they will pretend like they will resolve your issue but they only perform formality. The customer directly calls HR here and hence you cannot expect unbiased decision from them or any decision/policy in your favor.( for the management and HR customer is always right) Forget about appraisal and if you are not saying yes to every work (even task not under your scope) then the managers will ensure that your variable is not given to you.( variable which is part of salary is also given yearly) In Captive SOC the customers are not behaved and insults everyone working over here( they don't even spare seniors like leads and managers). This is not the organization to grow your career or learn anything as there is no respect of your work in this organization.
