I joined TCL in 2020 at time of Corona breakout. I was welcomed in team and helped to gain new system knowledge and was appreciated as well for my contributions by team. I found myself lucky to have time for my family and working in great work culture. I would really recommend TCL to any person who feels work life balance plays a key role. Pros: - Great work culture and would say no politics . People here are very senior and experienced. - You will be get opportunities to work as standalone contributor rather than working shadows. - Good perks and salary Cons: - Some projects still work on old technologies but I think that is part of every company....Read More
