There is nothing much to like about this organization. They don't have good projects. Rotational shifts. Also, I don't understand why they hire a non engineering background people when they don't want them in organization. Hire non engineering people and give them less salary with no increment for years. Many colleagues of mine fromengineering and non engineering background are facing increment and promotion issue.. we don't have promotion here. Example. But "in TCL policy after 2 years you have to go cooling period for 3 Months, in that time you don't work so u don't get paid by company after 3 months you can eligible for given interview ".
