Work culture is best as tata given best work environment and focus on ethics and women empowerment

Dislikes

Once left job from tata it's very difficult for reentry, even HR not update after taken interview not attending calls, they select people from internal process

It's all depend on manager...leave and work like balance is very poor in my team...they recruit for L2 networking , but the job is service desk plus L1 job...

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. There is a drawback for off campus placements employees they don’t get chance to get Tata payroll even they are working in Tata Communications on contractual basis after 2 years there contract will not be renewed for 3 months and this i feel bad about the company.
