1) Even Saturday, Sunday working. There no any internal position for you if you'r project is closed Example i worked on TCTS-VIL project after end this project I apply IJP call hiring managers but no response even not a single interview I understand that if you don't have reference you can't get IJP & internal jobs as no one ready to take interview

There is no work life balance as everyone is extremely overloaded as most teams are understaffed. Company does not value the employees at all. Focus is on optimising the headcount in anticipation of some automation efficiencies that are yet to be achieved. Salary range is on lower side as compared to peer companies and increments are pathetic.

They are hire on 3rd party payroll. After 1 year they provide 1 more year extend. But "in TCL policy after 2 years you have to go cooling period for 3 Months, in that time you don't work so u don't get paid by company after 3 months you can eligible for given interview ". This policy is too much ridiculous. And there are no increment after 1 year. SO BE CAREFUL AND READ ALL THE POLICY.

Everything , right from there CTC , they fool new joiners by adding health insurance and show them as part of CTC, reducing in-hand salary to great extent. Plus this is worst health insurance you will get its better to get different from outside.
