Likes: Outsourced employees are treated as outsider though they are the foundation of this company. Tata Communications has recently change their policy for outsourced employees that 2 years job & 3 months off, called COOLING OFF. This process killed the mental strength, job security & against humanity too. Dislikes: 1) inhuman attitude with outsourced employees.
2) Outsourced employees salary structure is so poor.
3) No job security for Out-sourced employees.
4) No promotion & No work life balance for outsourced employees
