There is no single thing to share, if there is any company available in India who taking care of employees as valuable assets that is only TATA.

Work Details

I am a field manager, who have to manage field team, in this period we faced many challenges to visit & sanitize many ATMs but my team did properly their job because of company have encouraged them on that level.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
