We have week off in people strong for 1st and 2nd saturday still they make you work all saturdays and other teams their take off which feels like partiality No work life balance No work from home option Only 1 week off They will make you work after shift timing

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
