Nothing to like in this organisation

The work timings are worst i have ever seen in my life. Here they make us to work for more than 11 hours in the normal days and for 12 hours in the month end. We never worked for 9 hours in this company since i joined. And the worst thing is there is no extra pay for working for more than 9 hours. In every other organisation, if wework for more than 9 hours we will get overtime work allowance but in this organisation there is nothing we get. And there is weelky off on Saturdays and sundays as per the company policy but the manager will make us to work on saturdays as well that too without any additional pay. Even if there is any sunday in the month end thwy will make us to work on that sunday as well that too without any extra pay i.e we will loose our weekoff as well and we will not be getting any extra pay for working on our weekoffs. Should seprate offices for each variants either motor , non motor and health in same costing , Instead of opening a big office and making everyone sit there, it is better to open 2-3 small offices at the same price in city ,it will be very beneficial for company

You will be backed by seniors.. even if you are from ground level ..your voice and opinion will matter... HR is still good and have some ethics. There is growth oppertunity if you can fight for the same...

The company these days is strictly into cost cutting.. since there are many old employees ..there is a lobby system.. The upraisal is very low ...

This is one of the very few companies which is flexible and has an excellent work environment.

Dislikes

The work-life balance is almost negligible here as you are expected to work till the end of the night and have little to no understanding during your time off (holidays, emergencies).
