It has been a good experience working with this organisation, because you do gain knowledge regarding few things also helped me to recognise people.Management is pathetic, Especially Ma'am Anitha whom I worked under, it seems we are snatching away her leave balance , on requesting for our own leave inspite of us having enough leave she acts stingy in providing us leave, where as also my teamleader he was mannerless and unsupportive and because of that even the executive didn't bother to discuss anything with him because at the end it had been of no point. Coming to the HR Raghu Sir, he is definitely very supportive and understanding and stands for the right and will definitely help one related to the office issue when one requires last but not the least Our VP Akshay Sule, he too is supporting and understanding. But what goes about in office surrounding the partiality and the manager being so mean and rude and only at the time of her requirement she comes talking as if honey falling from her mouth but as to when we require any thing she would full on ignore, and the only reason I Resigned from here was due to the management coz it sucks.When I required leave although I never would request leave unless when requires the most, Mrs Anitha had denied to provide me because for her business was more important compared to one's emotion and sensitive matter, she is one devil minded soul who cannot see any benefit for others, actually not only me who had a problem with her but rather the entire process people under her but no one had the courage to speak or even stan for themselves. But if one is looking for growth I suggest it is of no use in joining TataAig, We need to put our own skills for this organisation not that we are going to gain any kind of skill or extra knowledge from this organisation....Read More
