Many things - bad appraisals, implenting 100% wfo when there's not even enough seats in the office, dumb upper management. Honestly, the team lead and managers are great, some of the best I know, but the company's culture overall has been in a freefall.

Everything let’s listed 1. Salary - They don’t have any salary bands like product based companies have. New trainee earn double of Software Engineer with 3 yrs of experience. 2. Office politics is more than Indian politics here and favouritism. 3. No skill enhancement. No new tech stack and learning here.

Company is Hiring Management Trainess for much higher CTC then already working experienced guy and those Trainess are Trained by those vintage guys , this trainees gets promoted the very next year without completing goal sheet ! this is so unfair
