Firstly, I would talk about the environment and the culture of the company, it's too good. From the FLS to Top level, the management is also very good, HR - employee relations / bonding is also very good. Skill development training, product training, practice, choreography is there in every week for the Employee. Opportunities for career growth. Salary credited in second last day of the month, appraisal is there. TA is there. Incentive is more than their annual package. Team mates are very helpful. There is no space for politics. Tata Aia gives so much space, so much time to learn and grow with this company. Work-life equally balanced. Huge reward recognition, and benefits are there. If I talk about job security, the feeling is like working in a Central Govt. Company. They think about 'Security first' for their women employee and different type of activities are their for women employee. And last but not the least The Brand TATA, Tata Group Of Company, it is in our blood ( Tata salt ). It is truely our second home....Read More

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
