Firstly, I would talk about the environment and the culture of the company, it's too good. From the FLS to Top level, the management is also very good, HR - employee relations / bonding is also very good. Skill development training, product training, practice, choreography is there in every week for the Employee. Opportunities forcareer growth. Salary credited in second last day of the month, appraisal is there. TA is there. Incentive is more than their annual package. Team mates are very helpful. There is no space for politics. Tata Aia gives so much space, so much time to learn and grow with this company. Work-life equally balanced. Huge reward recognition, and benefits are there. If I talk about job security, the feeling is like working in a Central Govt. Company. They think about 'Security first' for their women employee and different type of activities are their for women employee. And last but not the least The Brand TATA, Tata Group Of Company, it is in our blood ( Tata salt ). It is truely our second home....Read More

Working environment is terrible. Any normal person worked in TATA AIA LIFE will not go back to this company farther. Company should look after about their HR policy. Your HR people are not friendly and cooperative at all.

Generally speaking, My work experience with TATA AIA LIFE was not good. office timing was 9am to 10pm almost every day. HR people are not helpful. MY job with tata is a nightmare for me.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
