Its been a great experience till date working at Tata AIA .All the works are done with the help of technology. people over here are very supportive and the E learning application makes everything easier. And along with work training are been provided, that's helps to get updated with new technology and makes user friendly

Dislikes

Being a business associates there is no job security. And its difficult job for the girl as from my personal experience . And being in this position I have to go down and very often have to do my advisory work at there level that makes the work schedule hectic.
