Good work culture, rapport growth even during covid lockdown. 3 months once appraisal for US IT Recruiters and HR. I don't see any other company does this.

I'm an US IT Recruiter - Tasa has three months once appraisal which none other competitive company would dare to do. On spot rewards for best talents. Incentives on time. what more do you need.
