It's a fast growing startup and has good people friendly culture. The overall Tech team is very solid with good technical core and there are opportunities to be creative if someone wants. The HR team is quick and responsive. Parking is a bit problem both for two wheelers and four wheelers as the office is in the prime location of Huda City Center.

There were quite a few things that could have been better during my time. However, I have heard from a few current employees that the HR policies have become quite better than the last year, culture is good now, and the team is quite settled. I am happy to hear that, and wish a lot of success to the company on its path of growth.

I have been fortunate to have got an opportunity to work with TartanHQ leadership team, specifically the CEO, who has allowed me to learn and grow so much in this company. We have had our share of setbacks with initial Product-Market fits and identifying the right talent for the company. We made mistakes, but we learnt so much, and have finally arrived in the market with some really solid products. The company has seen some steep increase in the revenue in the last few months, and with more clients coming in, we may have a real chance at a break-even in this financial year.
