Best thing about the company is how to cut the employee salary and HR will show you moon but once you join the company things will be different. Management makes their policies as and when required to make profit for their own interest. Their is no no security in this company, they throws you out of the company at any time and without giving any correct justification. HR is for the name. For any official travel employee has to take the travel approval and budget from his target. Which I have seen first time in any company. No good environment to work in this company. Recently they higher freshers and after three months they are asked to leave the company total 15 persons were highered and now only 4 r left....Read More
