The only reason I gave 4 stars for company culture is because there are many people oriented programs and largely it's good though it'll also depend on the team.

Dislikes
Everything from promotion to appraisals to growth direction to conversations. The HRs think they run the company and don't believe in promotion or growth. You may get a decent 15% hike but there's no stocks until Director/Sr. Director level. They have tech dating back to the time of early-man. There's no budget to promote but there's always money for stupidity.

Work-life balance is really good. I've never heard anyone being treated harshly. Work depends on the team and manager. You usually get manageable levels of work with flexible work timings.
