There is job security, work culture is awesome, no one will ask you to work on holidays, leaves or after office hours. Every one treat each other with respect and dignity and Target cares a lot about their employees well being, full support during covid.

Dislikes

Career growth is slow because no one wants to leave the organisation because it's too good for oneself, Unless someone from the top is not moving the bottom one's can't scale so career growth little slow.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
