The only reason I gave 4 stars for company culture is because there are many people oriented programs and largely it's good though it'll also depend on the team.

Dislikes

Everything from promotion to appraisals to growth direction to conversations. The HRs think they run the company and don't believe in promotion or growth. You may get a decent 15% hike but there's no stocks until Director/Sr. Director level. They have tech dating back to the time of early-man. There's no budget to promote but there's always money for stupidity.

Your salary will be totally based on your number of years experience not what you bring to the table or how proficient you are in your skills. If a 5 years exp employee lacks skills but you can do that work still he will be paid more than you

Growth is super difficult, almost astronomical. Lateral hires can grow but long timers find it difficult.

Work-life balance is really good. I've never heard anyone being treated harshly. Work depends on the team and manager. You usually get manageable levels of work with flexible work timings. It is the company to go retire in since everything is very chill. Also, bare minimum annual hike is 10%. Usual perks: Office cab, Free meals, Gym (bare minimum). Extra perks: Course/Certificate reimbursement.

Dislikes

Promotions aren't totally based on merit. You need minimum work experience for consideration. Also very slow growth since a lot of work is repetitive. You need to learn on your own. (Pro: you have time)
