Co-Founders were ethical and employee friendly when in financial trouble.

Dislikes

Emotional approach in early years, when they were in trouble financially to attract employees dedication and hard work. Company got in to financial comforts gradually of the loyalty and hard work by their employee and partner ecosystem. Started restructuring and disregarding their old loyal employees. Extent they lay off few old good employees without any valid reason.
