Relevant Experience: 12+ years with 5+ years in leadership role
Qualifications: Graduate, preferably MBA

About the role:
- Sales Development under Sales Operations in the Business Development function operates in areas of long term, midterm and short-term strategic impact which helps in evolving the Three core pillars around customers, partner ecosystem and people initiatives.
- Organisation's growth is designed by the curated processes, activities, budgets and plans according to the long-term goals and objectives. In this role the incumbent would be involved in different stages with a key focus on the Three core pillars. The role would require the incumbent to design, model and develop strategic programs to optimise sales development.
- The role requires strategic leadership experience to support core decisions.
Experience to bring with you:
- Strong understanding of sales development programs to impact short-term, mid-term sales.
- Understanding of sales processes, systems and tools like sales force to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Very good presentation skills with great level of capability to simplify and present complex processes.
- Proven record of designing and implementing rewards and recognition structure for Business Development team and partner groups.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
What you will be doing?
- Design, develop and implement comprehensive sales development plans, aligned with company objectives, to drive revenue growth and customer base expansion.
- Develop and maintain sales performance metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales development plan.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales development processes, tools, and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design develop and execute the rewards and recognition programs for various partner groups and internal team members of Business development team.
