Good Work environment at TalentPro HR India Pvt.Ltd. and there is no any cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are average, appraisals are average and they give Average salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't addressed our issues. Salary is average but the carrer growth is very slow.

The job is quite interesting. I learnt everything on the job from first Manager Mrs. SHIPRA JAIN and than second manager came after Shipra Mam. He has done lot of politics with me and his name is Mr. Avnish Kumar/ Vikesh Mishra.

on dislike many points the second level management was too worst if they do any wrong mean they won’t accept that they blame us and it is product company but run like a service company, they continuously change the requirements till the production deployment the architecture of the code was too worst for web and back end

Apne employee ko kam se kam training to karao. Unke sath bank ke andar kese treat kr rahe hai iska feed back lo. Some time aise treat kia jata hai jaise hum waha kaam hi ni ke rahe hai. Roj nikalne jane ki dhamki alag milti hai. Apne logo ka khyal ni rakha jata hai.
