They are best in the Industry in terms of services with regards to Auditing and Assurance. Those who want a career in these areas shall work with T&T as it provides access to work on it's wide array of clients and different assignments concurrently.

Dislikes

There are only few things which go against. The payout is low as compared but as you go outside (BIG 4s or industry) having experience in working Talati, you get high recognition in monetary terms. 2nd thing about here is that your growth depends upon your manager and they have biases. There is also some office politics normally like any other office.

Worked here as an Articled Intern as part of mandatory training in CA Curriculum and it was a great journey. People looking for Articleship shall surely join this as the benefits exceed the drawbacks with so much of margin.
