It's a Japanese company by Name only. Other than nothing is here as Japanese. During working here no social life, no family life, no work timing and most importing is that there is no HR team is here to listen you and no finance team here to help in taxation way. Also there is more n more crupted unprofessional managers are working h ere,who has no care for company profit, they always think his benifit by taking money from sub contactor's. If you are honest you can't be survive in here. No promotions no increments. Good thing is that salary is on time till now. There are lot of things to say but can't be write everything. Moreover if Japanese change these crupt indians with qualified professionals it will be better for Takenaka future....Read More

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Carrer growth is slow. Job training is not given to new joiners weather they are fresher's or experienced. There are nepotism culture.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal job training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Good environment and culture. Team leader, teammates are good, friendly and supportive. Mangement is supportive to employees, good in salay and bonus. Our japan team leader is good and friendly.

Dislikes

Periodical technical training and testing for engineers is required to enhance the growth of company and career growth of an employee.

I have to work 12-14 hours, there is no limit of working hours, which is very painful.
