First Of all Let Me Know That I Got To Work There for a Microsense Company. Since I Am Information Of Technology I Used To Work In The Department So I Didn't Get Much Focus Other Side. Everyone Knows That Private Job Don't Have A Secure Job So It's The Same Here As It Is Elsewhere. If You Can Talk About It In The Work Culture There,It's Good, But I Can't Tell The Rest Of My Department. See The Environment Is Good At The Living Of Good People So If The Right People Are Kept In The Right Place, Then say The management There, Say The security, Everything It will be Fine. Compensation is decent but growth is slow the work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 15 to 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
