Its good for people who are less educated but good in sales. Its no place for a fashion graduate from any insititute, you'll be wasting your time there. People with relevant communication and language skills, good persuasive way of talking can apply.

Dislikes

Nothing in my experience. My co-workers were great. Though never interacted much with the owners of the brand. They did though not show mercy on people they laid of during covid. No contact with people they laid off atleast in giving them a little support.

assisting customers in buying stuff. basically sales. but just because its a premium luxury brand, u get to sell expensive stuff.

There is no growth in this company, every time they would come up with new rules. No value for employees.
