This company is not at all for educated/qualified employees. In all units of Tagros, mostly all managers were once joined as helpers. So they don't like qualified employees and hence they altogether play dirty politics. There is no scope of learning or skill development. No standards or quality works, no safety norms or hazard controlling measures are being followed. One can survive only if they say "yes, sir. I like only my teammates.

I dislike job security because i was on the basis of contract but i was not completed by company what was promised by company manager. There is no career growth because there is no value of study and knowledge. I hadn't travel by company so i can't tell about that. Work environment is so tough and safe less because there's all the pipelines are licked valves are passed etc...
