Overall experience is good. In my career working with Tabuk pharmaceutical is golden period. When you performing well as per company norms, you can feel cool. And culture is good. I am an Indian, worked in Muscat. I never felt homesick. I enjoyed my career with Tabuk.

Dislikes

Nothing specific. I don't know about other territories. Territory Muscat (Oman) is good. All because of my superior Mr. Shakeel.

Good benefit for employees in terms of salary structure and other amenity.

The change in management impacted my performance even though I am an excellent performer throughout my career path of 9 years and suddenly one day my HR called me and inform to leave as they don’t need me due to transformation. Before me they laid off many managers even.
